Rocket building will be at the Museum, Rocket flying is located at the Hudson
Ranch 9.6 miles South West of Pueblo on the Beulah Highway (Colorado Highway
78) starting at 9:00 AM.

Rocket building is 3$ admission for Persons 10 years and older, 6$ for the
rocket and three motors, participants keep their rocket and can participate in
the rocket flying free of charge. Active Military in uniform or with ID are
always free.2). The local chapter of
the National Association of Rocketry, Southern Colorado Rocketeers and the
Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum (PWAM) sponsors a model rocket launch on the
third Saturday of each month at it's new location.
Driving Directions:
From the North (Denver,Colo.
Spgs., etc.)

go South on I-25 and take Pueblo
Boulevard EXIT # 94 for approx. 3.1 miles. Turn LEFT at the Beulah Highway.
(# 78).

Go approx. 9.6 miles.

The entrance to the launch site is
on the right side of the road. LOOK for a RED ROOFED MORGAN SHED and you are
at the correct location.
Coming in from the WEST (Canon
City, etc,.)

take Pueblo Boulevard south for
approx. 5.4 miles and turn onto the Beulah Highway (# 78) and drive approx.
9.6 miles to the Launch Site

entrance of the right side of the
road.

Look for a RED ROOFED MORGAN SHED
on the right. You have arrived.
Coming from the EAST (Hwy 50,
etc..)
Coming from the south I-25

use "Pueblo Boulevard EXIT # 94"
head west toward the mountains

follow Pueblo Blvd west for
approx. 3.1 miles and turn LEFT on to the Beulah Hwy # 78
(intersection of Northern Ave and Pueblo Blvd - Northern
Ave is also known as Hwy 78) and go approx. 9.6 miles west to the
entrance of the launch site on the right side of the road.

Look for a RED ROOFED MORGAN SHED.
You are at the correct location
1. Model Rocket Flying will
begin at approx. 9 AM on Saturday 20 January 2007 (and the third Saturday of each month).
2. Wear suitable clothing for the time of the years.
3. Bring a chair for personal comfort.
4. Bring sufficient water and any snacks you may want and suitable trash bags
for proper trash disposal before you depart.
5. REMEMBER that the proper treatment of this facility and surrounding
property will help insure that we can use it for these launchings in the
future.
