SOUTHERN COLORADO ROCKETEERS

Meetings: First Tuesday of every month, 7:00 p.m. at the Main Pueblo Library, 701 Court St, Pueblo. Contact us for details if you are interested in attending.

Membership: Club membership is only $10/person or $15/family, Dues are waived for NAR Members.

Model Construction: Third Saturday each month, 9:00 AM, Weisbrod Aircraft Museum (Near the Pueblo Municipal Airport). Beginners build a kit rocket. Kids $5.00 and Parents $5.00 for admission into the museum (no charge to members).

Effective July 19, 2003: Model Construction will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Lamb Branch Library, 2525 S. Pueblo Blvd, Pueblo NO ADMISSION FEE

Launches: Third Saturday each month, meet at 10:00 AM at the Weisbrod Aircraft Museum. Then caravan to the launch site at the Pueblo Sports Motorpark (across from the drag strip entrance) on Pueblo Blvd. between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., depending on the number of beginners. Click Here for a map to the the launch site. Limited to model and large model rockets (3.3 lbs.) Clustered and multi-staged rockets welcome.

Notes: The club is appyling for Level-1 NAR certification larger and more powerful rockets.
